Unfortunately home warranties are not what they used to be. It has been many years since I have recommended a particular company. Should you wish to request one from a Seller, I recommend doing your own research as the terms always seem to be changing.

In this region, Sellers choose the title company for each transaction, as their fees are more significant regarding the transfer. I have been working with Search2Close for over a decade.
